Professional Profile
- Dr. Ranzi Mazenge Rusike did his studies for Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (BBS) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degree with Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education (PU for CHE) in South Africa. He obtained his PhD in Commerce, specializing in Entrepreneurship from the University of Zimbabwe in 2012.
- Dr. Rusike also holds Diplomas in Commerce and Business Management Studies, Local Government Administration and is a member with the following professional bodies:- Institute of Administration and Commerce (FIAC); Zimbabwe Institute of Management (FZIM), Southern African Association of Accountants (MSAAA);, Institute of People Management (MIPMZ), Certified Institute of Public Accountants (MICPA), Public Accountants and Auditors Board (MPAAB) and the Institute of Municipal Accountants of Southern Africa (MIMFO).
- He has over thirty (30) years industry working experience in people management, finance, project management and community development mainly in the Public Sector as a Local Government Practitioner.
- Dr. Rusike has nine (9) years university teaching experience and currently a lecturer at Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE)’s Graduate School of Business (GSB) and lectures in Human Resource Management, Corporate Governance and Entrepreneurship. He has notable experience in supervising MBA students for their dissertations and PhD students. He is a Commissioner of Oaths and enjoys presenting papers on Ethical Leadership, Corporate Governance, Strategic Management and Results Based Management (RBM) at conferences and workshops.
- Dr. Rusike has a passion to contribute towards the improvement of people’s quality of life.
- Currently he lectures on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, Strategic Human Resource Management and Principles and Models of Corporate Governance.
